Commercial Rights and Character Design
Commercial Fees
If you intend to use the commission for commercial purposes, please inform me when you order the comm. You can buy commercial rights after the completion of a personal commission too.

TERMS OF SERVICE
I reserve the right to refuse any commission requests
Commissions may take up to 2 months after payment, depending on my queue. I will give you a rough estimate of how long it will take when I accept the commission.
Do not edit, sell, or claim the finished artwork as your own. Commercial rights can be arranged as delineated on the comms page.
You are free to share and repost my commission as you desire, provided I'm given proper credit.
Under no circumstances do I allow my art to be used with NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens).
Under no circumstances do I allow my art to be used in the training of any AI software.
I require either full-payment upfront, or half upfront with second half to be paid when the client is given proof of completion (finished image with an watermark over it). The kind of payment is left to client discretion.
Refunds are allowed if the commission has not yet been started or if I am unable to complete it. They will not be given for dissatisfaction with the final product.
